The first visit starts before I touch the skin. I need to understand why you came, what you have already tried for the face and scalp, and how you want to feel when you leave.

You choose a service, fill a short form, and come to the cabinet: 19020 NE 29th Ave, Aventura. We talk. We look. We choose the care for that day: a ritual, a cleanse, a massage, or a scalp consult with trichoscopy. Then you rest. You leave knowing what we did, why, and what to do at home.

I trained as an esthetician and then went further toward the scalp: face and hair are often one story. Massage helps me feel where the tension is. It is not a polite ending.
