Booking and cancellation

You choose a service, a date, and a time on skinscalphair.com, or you request an appointment. Visits are held without a deposit unless we write otherwise.

Cabinet hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-21:00. Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Address: 19020 NE 29th Ave, Aventura, FL 33180.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, especially the first time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the visit may be shortened or moved. The slot does not run over.

Move or cancel at least 24 hours ahead by email, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

Later than that, or if you do not come, the studio may charge 50% of the service at the next visit or when a card is on file.

Repeated no-shows are booked only by agreement.

If you are unwell on the day, write or call. We will move you when we can, and we may waive the fee.

An online consult is a video visit. You choose the service, date, and time, then pay and confirm. The video link arrives by email.

The same 24-hour rule applies. Cosmetic guidance only. Not a medical evaluation.
