Hair cosmetics are not medicine. They still matter. A harsh wash, a heavy oil on a scalp that is already oily, a protein mask every other day - the hair will show it. One visit cannot fix what happens in the shower every morning.
After the consult you leave with a written plan. If you also see a colorist, the plan should match that work, not fight it. This is not a haircut and not treatment. It is a clear routine at home.
